Four get arrested on drug charges in Port Byron.

PRESS RELEASE


On March 4, 2018, Troopers arrested Joseph M. Curnow, 42, of North Rose, New York for one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance, Patricia L. Brown, 39, of Savannah, New York for three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana, Hayley M. King, 38, of Clyde, New York for one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance, and Tamantha M. Wollek, 46, of Port Byron, New York for one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest.

Troopers were dispatched to Bush Hill Road in the Town of Conquest for a report of a suspicious vehicle.  Curnow was found in possession of crack cocaine.  Brown was found in possession of a baggie containing marijuana, crack cocaine and pills.  King was found in possession of crack cocaine.  Wollek was found in possession of crack cocaine and a metal smoking pipe containing cocaine residue.

Curnow, Brown and King were issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Conquest Court on March 21, 2018.  Wollek was arraigned at the Town of Conquest Court and remanded to the Cayuga County Jail in lieu of $500 cash/$1,000 bond.  She is scheduled to reappear at a later date.
