Hughesville, PA female arrested for marihuana possession

South Nyack, NY – On March 6, 2018, at approximately 3:14 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-87, in the village of South Nyack for a vehicle and traffic violation. During the interview of the driver for the traffic violation probable cause to search the vehicle and its occupants was established. The driver of the vehicle, Aressa E. Grady, age 29, of Hughesville, PA, was found to be in possession of approximately 8 ounces of marihuana. She was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP Tarrytown where she was subsequently charged with:
 

  • Criminal Possession of Marijuana in the 4th degree; a Class A Misdemeanor
  • Vehicle and Traffic Violation.

 
Grady was released on appearance ticket returnable to the Village of South Nyack Court on March 29, 2018 at 9:30 a.m.
