Ontario man gets arresested for felony DWI.

On March 6, 2018, Troopers out of SP Williamson arrested Christopher J. Smith, 56, of Ontario, New York for felony driving while intoxicated (previous conviction within ten years), refusal to submit to a breath test and inadequate tail lights.

Smith was stopped on Lakeside Road in the Town of Ontario for having inadequate tail lights.  He was placed under arrest after failing multiple standard field sobriety tests.  Smith was transported to SP Williamson for processing where he refused to submit to a breath test.  Smith was arrainged at Ontario Town Court and released.  He is scheduled to reappear at Ontario Town Court on March 12, 2018 and Wayne County Court on April 3, 2018.
