Staten Island woman gets arrested after traffic stop in Sennett.

On March 6, 2018, Troopers out of SP Auburn arrested Esther Batista, 37, of Staten Island, New York for driving while ability impaired by drugs, moving from lane unsafely, crossing road hazard markings and failure to use four way flashers.

Batista was stopped on East Genesee Street in the Town of Sennett for driving erratically.  She was placed under arrest and transported to SP Auburn for processing.  Batista was arraigned in the Town of Owasco Court and remanded to the Cayuga County Jail in lieu of $4,000 cash/$8,000 bond.  She is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Sennett Court on March 7, 2018.
