Binghamton man arrested with metal knuckles and marijuana

(Binghamton, NY – March 7, 2018) – On March 6, 2018 at about 1:15 p.m., New York State Police at Binghamton arrested Valentino F. Mondolfi, age 26 of Binghamton, NY for the misdemeanor of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4th degree and the violation of Unlawful Possession of Marihuana.  A second person, Frederick K. Felton, age 37 of Binghamton, NY was issued a ticket for Unlawful Possession of Marihuana. 

Troopers smelled the odor of marijuana coming out of a vehicle parked in front of the Family Dollar on Vestal Ave., in the city of Binghamton.  Upon investigation, they found Mondolfi to be in possession of marijuana and a set of metal knuckles.  Felton was found to be in possession of marijuana. 

Both were released and issued appearance tickets returnable to the City of Binghamton Court on March 19, 2018.
