Two arrested for Burglary 2nd in the Town of Cobleskill

On July 27, 2018, the New York State Police - Bureau of Criminal Investigation SP Princetown arrested Thomas M. Palmatier, age 31 of Worcester, NY and Anna M. Strobeck, age 25 of Cherry Valley, NY for Burglary 2nd degree. 

On April 16, 2018 SP Cobleskill troopers received a burglary complaint occurring during the overnight hours at a residence on Mineral Springs Rd in Cobleskill.  The complainant reported over $1,000 in missing U.S. currency from their residence during a two-night period in which they believed an unknown person(s) entered into their residence on each occasion.  During the investigation both PALMATIER and STROBECK were identified as possible suspects in the investigation.  Subsequent to interviewing both PALMATIER and STROBECK they were identified as each being inside the complainant’s residence without permission on two separate nights.  Both PALMATIER and STROBECK were arrested for two counts of Burglary 2nd degree (C-Felony).  

Both PALMATIER and STROBECK were arraigned in the Town of Cobleskill court and remanded to Schoharie County Jail.
