Albany man gets arrested for aggravated DWI and CPCS in Walworth.

PRESS RELEASE


On October 25, 2018, Troopers out of SP Williamson arrested Stephen H. Geisel, 49, of Albany, New York for driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, failure to stop for stop sign, moving from the lane unsafely and criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Troopers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Atlantic Ave in the Town of Walworth.  Geisel was placed under arrest after failing standard field sobriety tests.  He was also found in possession of a baggie containing cocaine and a glass smoking pipe.  He was transported to SP Williamson where he provided a breath sample of .18% BAC.  Geisel was arraigned in the Town of Walworth Court and remanded to the Wayne County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash/$2,000 bond.  He is scheduled to reappear on November 26, 2018.
