Clyde woman gets arrested for DWI.

PRESS RELEASE


On October 31, 2018, Troopers out of SP Lyons arrested Cathleen M. Sindon, 34, of Clyde, New York for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08%, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection certificate, inadequate plate light and visibility distorted (broken/fractured/discolored glass).

Sindon was stopped on State Route 31 in the Town of Lyons for having inadequate plate lights.  She was placed under arrest after failing standard field sobriety tests.  Sindon was arraigned in the Town of Galen Court and remanded to the Wayne County Jail in lieu of $500 cash/$1,500 bond.  She is scheduled to reappear at the Town of Lyons Court on November 6, 2018.
