Syracuse Man arrested on Burglary and Weapon Possession charges

State Police in Hastings arrested Paul J. Lell, age 30, from 539 Tennyson Ave. Syracuse, NY for Burglary 1st degree, a class “B” felony; Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th degree, a class “A” misdemeanor; and Criminal Mischief 4th degree, a class “A” misdemeanor. 

Lell is accused of unlawfully entering a residence on State Route 49 in Constantia, NY, armed with a kitchen knife, and causing physical injury to the female homeowner and a male friend.  During this incident, Lell also damaged the victim's property while inside the residence. 

Lell was arraigned in the town of Constantia Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail/ $20,000 bond.
