Rochester woman arrested for Driving While Intoxicated

On December 5th , 2018, the New York State Police in Rochester arrested, Alnita L. Tisdale, a 47 year old city of Rochester resident for Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd degree and vehicle and traffic violations.  Troopers on patrol at Cumberland Street and St. Paul Street, in the city of Rochester, observed a black 2008 Infiniti G35 operating a high rate of speed strike the rear end of a vehicle stopped for a red light.  No injuries were reported.  Troopers interviewed Ms. Tisdale and observed a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from her breath, blood shot eyes, slurred speech and impaired motor coordination.  Ms. Tisdale was subjected to Standardized Field Sobriety Tests which she failed.  Ms. Tisdale was transported to SP Rochester where she provided a breath sample measuring a Blood Alcohol Concentration of .15%. Ms. Tisdale was processed and released to appear in the city of Rochester court on 12/28/2018 at 9:30am.
