UPDATE:

New York State Police at Oneonta have located James C. Sitts.  He was wanted on an arrest warrant out of the town of Oneonta Court for two counts of Grand Larceny in the third degree. 

Sitts was located and arrested by City of Oneonta Police Officers on December 8, 2018.  He was later transferred to the custody of New York State Police and was arraigned in the town of Oneonta Court where he was remanded to the Otsego Jail with no bail.  His next court date is January 3, 2019.

New York State Police at Oneonta are looking for the public’s assistance in locating James C. Sitts.  He is wanted on an arrest warrant out of the town of Oneonta Court for two counts of Grand Larceny in the third degree. 

Sitts is described as a white male, 39-years-old, approximately 5’10”, 164 pounds, with brown hair, a beard and blue eyes.  He has a tribal neck tattoo, “Heart Banner”, “Love Kills Slowly” and “Nikaya” tattooed on his right arm.  He was last known to be residing in the town of Oneonta at the Lantern Hill Trailer Park.
