Willsboro man arrested for possessing stolen property in Plattsburgh

On May 18, 2019, State Police arrested Steven D. Miller, 27, of Willsboro, after he was found in possession of stolen property consisting of an enclosed trailer containing racing accessories from BVC Racing, State Route 22, town of Plattsburgh. The trailer was stolen from the business on the previous evening. The estimated value of the property stolen was approximately $4,000. Miller was arrested when he brought the trailer back to the business. 

Upon being placed into custody, Miller attempted to flee and avoid being placed under arrest. He was charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 3rd degree and Resisting Arrest.  He was arraigned in the Plattsburgh Town Court and remanded to the Clinton County Jail in lieu of $500.00 cash bail or $1,000 bond.
