Geneva man gets arrested for driving while intoxicated.

PRESS RELEASE


On June 16, 2019, Troopers out of SP Lyons arrested Paul G. Barnes, 58, of Geneva, New York for driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08%.

Troopers responded to Nye Road in the Town of Lyons.  Barnes was placed under arrest after failing standard field sobriety tests.  He was transported to SP Lyons where he provided a breath sample of .15% BAC.  Barnes was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Lyons Court on July 16, 2019.
