Buffalo man arrested for DWI with a B.A.C. over three times the legal limit.

Hamburg, NY – On July 13, 2019, at approximately 8:15 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-90 in the town of Hamburg for a vehicle and traffic violation.  The driver of the vehicle, Jose A. Sanchez, 50, of Buffalo, NY, was found to be intoxicated.  He was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP Buffalo where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.25%. 
 
Sanchez was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; an Unclassified Misdemeanor and a Vehicle and Traffic Violation.  He was released to a sober third party with appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Hamburg Court on July 23, 2019 at 10:00 a.m.
