Georgia man gets arrested for driving while intoxicated in Ontario.

On July 17, 2019, Troopers out of SP Walworth arrested Jeremy D. Shuler, 44, of Lawrenceville, Georgia for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08%, improper signal and speeding.

Shuler was stopped on State Route 104 in the Town of Ontario for speeding.  He was placed under arrest after failing standard field sobriety tests.  Shuler was transported to SP Williamson where he provided a breath sample of .12% BAC.  He was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Ontario Court on August 13, 2019.
