Warrensburg man arrested for Aggravated DWI

PRESS RELEASE

State Police in Queensbury arrested Frederick D. Presley, 42, of Warrensburg, NY for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated in the Town of Warrensburg on July 16, 2019. While on patrol, Troopers were eastbound on Diamond Point Road when a gray Chrysler 300 traveling westbound swerved into the path of the Troop car. The Troopers turned around and conducted a motor vehicle stop. Upon the interview of the driver, Presley admitted to consuming alcohol. Subsequently, he was given several standard field sobriety tests and arrested for DWI. He was later tested to have a 0.32% blood alcohol concentration. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Warrensburg Court on August 1, 2019.
