Schenectady man arrested for DWI with a B.A.C. over twice the legal limit.

Albany, NY – On August 4, 2019, at approximately 2:56 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-90 in the city of Albany for a vehicle and traffic violation.  The driver of the vehicle, Harley C. Redlin, 27, of Schenectady, NY, was found to be intoxicated.  He was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP Albany where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.22%. 
 
Redlin was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; an Unclassified Misdemeanor and Vehicle and Traffic Violations.  He was turned over to a sober third party and issued appearance tickets returnable to the City of Albany Court on August 13, 2019 at 9:00 a.m.
