Three subjects arrested for meth manufacturing in Keeseville

On August 7, 2019, State Police arrested three subjects who were found to be manufacturing methamphetamine at a home in Keeseville.  The New York State Police Contaminated Crime Scene Emergency Response Team responded and rendered the scene secure.

Brandon K. Carter, 37, and Roger B. Robare Jr., 56, both of Keeseville and Mary K. Burnell, 31, Champlain, NY, were all charged with Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine 3rd degree.  Robare was additionally charged with Unlawful Disposal of Methamphetamine Laboratory Material, and Carter and Burnell were additionally charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree.  All three subjects were arraigned in the Ausable Town Court and remanded to the Clinton County Jail.
