Chase Mills man arrested for Felony DWI

On August 5, 2019, at approximately 9:08 p.m., State Police arrested 39-year-old Aaron M. Clary, of Chase Mills, for Felony DWI following a traffic stop at his residence on County Route 14. Clary was found to have a blood alcohol content of 0.10%.  He also had prior DWI convictions in 2012 and 2016. Clary was charged with Felony Driving While Intoxicated, and further ticketed for uninspected motor vehicle, failure to comply with a lawful order of a police officer, refusal to take a pre-breath screening, and obstructed license plate.  He was arraigned in Waddington Town Court and released to the supervision of Probation.
