On November 1, 2019, Troopers out of SP Wolcott arrested Robert G. Knapp, 63, of Ontario, New York for driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08%.

During a DWI road check on State Route 104 in the Town of Sodus, Knapp was stopped.  He was placed under arrest after failing standard field sobriety tests.  Knapp was transported to SP Williamson where he provided a breath sample of .12% BAC.  He was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Sodus Court on December 2, 2019.
