PRESS RELEASE
On November 6, 2019, State Police in Clifton Park arrested 49-year-old James J. Forgett of Clifton Park, for Disseminating Indecent Materials to a Minor 1st degree (D felony).
Forgett is accused of engaging in text message conversations with a child under the age of seventeen, that were sexual in nature.
Forgett turned himself into SP Clifton Park where he was processed. He was arraigned in Clifton Park Town Court and released on his own recognizance. He is due back in court at a later date.
