Manchester woman arrested for two counts of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd Degree

PRESS RELEASE

On November 6, 2019, the State Police BCI in Lyons report the arrest of Sheila M. Deridder, age 42, of Manchester, New York, for two counts of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd Degree.
The arrest stems from allegations that in 2016 and 2017 the defendant possessed forged signatures of a victim on loan and Department of Motor Vehicle documents.  The defendant was arraigned in the Wayne County Centralized Arraignment Part court before Hon. Judge Richard Sloan who released her on her recognizance to reappear on November 27, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., in the village of Newark court.
