PRESS RELEASE

On November 26, 2019, State Police BCI in Lyons report the arrest of Gerard Wilson, age 69, of Warrenville, South Carolina formerly from Newark for one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Forcible Touching both misdemeanors.
The arrest stems from allegations of inappropriate touching of children which allegedly occurred in 2018.  The defendant was issued an appearance ticket as ordered by the Village of Newark Court to reappear at 10:00 a.m., on November 27, 2019.
