Granville man charged following domestic dispute

PRESS RELEASE

On November 25, 2019, State Police in Granville arrested 28-year-old Charles I. Krueger of Granville, for Criminal Contempt 1st degree (E felony), Menacing 2nd degree (A misdemeanor), Reckless Endangerment 2nd degree (A misdemeanor), and Harassment 2nd degree (violation).
 
Krueger is accused of being involved in domestic incident that took place at a residence in the Town of Granville during which, he threatened the victim with a pick axe. When the victim fled the scene, Krueger followed them in his vehicle, at times driving in the oncoming lane to keep alongside the victim’s vehicle.
 
Krueger was taken into custody by State Police and transported to SP Granville for processing. He was arraigned in Washington County Centralized Arraigned Part and released on his own recognizance.
