Harrison, NY – On November 30, 2019, at approximately 4:00 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-287 in the town of Harrison for a vehicle and traffic violation.  The driver of the vehicle, Maria Caligiuri, 38, of White Plains, NY, was found to be intoxicated and had a suspended license.  Caligiuri was arrested and transported to SP New Rochelle where her blood alcohol content was determined to be .15%. 
 
Additionally, Caligiuri has a prior DWI conviction within the last 10 years and as a result, was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st degree; both Class E Felonies.  Caligiuri was released to a sober third party and issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Harrison Court on December 17, 2019.
