On March 18, 2023, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Steven J. Leach., 70, of Attica, NY, for Driving While Intoxicated. 

Troopers responded to a disabled vehicle on State Route 78 in the town of Wethersfield.  During the interview, Leach was exhibiting signs of impairment.  He was arrested and transported to SP Warsaw, where a chemical breath test revealed a 0.15% BAC.  Leach was released with appearance tickets for the town of Wethersfield court, where he is due to appear at a later date.
