Baldwinsville man arrested for DWI with a B.A.C. over twice the legal limit following a traffic stop on the Thruway.

Sullivan, NY – On February 1, 2021, at approximately 11:00 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-90 in the town of Sullivan, for multiple vehicle and traffic violations.  The driver of the vehicle, Michael L. Nicolette, 37, of Baldwinsville, NY, was found to be intoxicated. 

Nicolette was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP Syracuse, where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.17%.  He was charged with Driving While Intoxicated; an Unclassified Misdemeanor   

Nicolette was turned over to a sober third party and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Sullivan Court on March 2, 2021 at 3:00 p.m.
