WILTON, NY – A Ballston Spa man has been arrested for a daytime Wilton burglary last weekend after New York State Police Wilton BCI identified a suspect and tracked him to his residence in Ballson Spa.
 
Timothy W. Duncan, 41, was charged with one count of burglary 2nd after police allege that he broke into a Wilton residence and made off with items including presents and gifts from underneath a Christmas tree.
 
Troopers were able to recover most of the items after arresting Duncan. He was arraigned in Wilton Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail and held on $30,000 bail.
