On February 22, 2020, State Police in Saratoga arrested 55-year-old Bernard Ingram of Ballston Spa, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated (A misdemeanor).

Shortly after 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, State Police responded to a motor vehicle accident near the intersection of State Route 50 and Springwood Meadow Road in the Town of Ballston. Investigation at the scene determined that Ingram rear-ended a vehicle that was traveling in front of him, when the vehicle slowed in traffic. The vehicle that Ingram hit was subsequently pushed into a third vehicle that it had been following.

Ingram was interviewed at the scene and showed signs of intoxication, he was also observed to have an open can of beer in his cup holder. He was administered the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, which he failed, and was taken into custody.

Ingram was transported to SP Saratoga where he provided a breath sample of .24% B.A.C. He was issued an appearance ticket for Ballston Town Court on March 12, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.
