PRESS RELEASE
 
On September 25, 2020, State Police arrested 36-year-old Allden A. Lavoie, of Bangor, following a traffic stop at approximately 2:50 a.m. for failure to keep right in the town of Malone. Lavoie was found to possess a quantity of cocaine and various drug paraphernalia. Lavoie was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th degree, and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 3rd degree. He was arraigned by the Town of Malone Court, and released on his own recognizance to reappear at the Town of Malone Court at a later date.
