Belmont woman arrested for DWI in Wellsville

On October 27, 2019, SP Amity Troopers arrested Jacqueline S. Farrell, 28, of Belmont, NY for Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 1st Degree.

During a traffic stop on State Route 417 in the town of Wellsville, Troopers determined Farrell had been operating a vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. She failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Farrell was then arrested and transported to SP Amity, where a chemical breath test revealed her to have a 0.13% BAC.

Farrell was released with appearance tickets for Wellsville Town Court, where she is due to appear later this month.
