On November 30th, 2020, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Justin Miller, 38, of Bemus Point, for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment 2nd Degree.
The Troopers responded to a residence in Bemus Point for a report of a domestic dispute. Investigation revealed that Miller pushed, struck and choked the victim in the presence of a young child. Miller was located by a Chautauqua County Deputy at a residence in Ellicott.  Miller was placed under arrest, processed at SP Jamestown and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail, pending arraignment.
