Bethlehem Man Arrested on Child Porn Charges

A joint investigation between the New York State Police Computer Crimes Unit and Bureau of Criminal Investigation, along with the New York State Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, and US Department of Homeland Security has led to the arrest of a Town of Bethlehem man for possessing child pornography.  Investigators based out of the Latham barracks say they took Anthony D. Scisci, age 48, into custody on July 1st, 2019 at his employer after they found child pornography on his electronic devices at his home in Glenmont, NY, a hamlet of the Town of Bethlehem.  Scisci was charged with Promoting the Sexual Performance of a Child less than 17 years old, and Possessing the Sexual Performance by a Child, both felonies.  Scisci was arraigned in the Town of Bethlehem Court and sent to the Albany County Jail on bail/bond.
