PRESS RELEASE
 

On November 25, State Police arrested Joseph A. Waite, 52 of Bombay, NY for Criminal Sex Act 2nd, Forcible Touching, and Endangering the welfare of a child. 

Waite is charged with having sexual conduct/condtact with a female less than seventeen years of age on September 12, 2022, in the town of Peru.  He was arraigned in Town of Peru Court on November 25, 2022, and released on his own recognizances.
