Bronx man arrested for criminal mischief following a road rage incident on the Thruway.

Ramapo, NY – On August 3, 2022, at approximately 6:30 a.m., State Police responded to a road rage incident involving two vehicles traveling northbound on I-87 in the town of Ramapo.  Troopers located and stopped both vehicles.  The investigation at the scene determined that Davonne S. Wilmore, 31, of Bronx, NY, threw a water bottle at a 2019 Mercedes-Benz truck, causing damage.  Wilmore was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP Newburgh.  He was charged with Criminal Mischief 4^th degree; a Class A Misdemeanor.

Wilmore was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Ramapo Court on August 25, 2022.
