Glen, NY – On October 19, 2019, at approximately 2:23 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-90 in the town of Glen for a vehicle and traffic violation.  While interviewing the driver, probable cause to search the vehicle and its occupants was established.  A passenger of the vehicle, Ali M. Sanoh, 19, of Bronx, NY, was found to be in possession of numerous credit/debit cards that did not belong to him, 3 forged checks, and 16 blank checks on the same check stock as the forged checks.
Sanoh was taken into custody, transported, and processed at SP Fultonville where he was charged with Possession of a Forged Instrument 1st degree; a Class C Felony, Criminal Possession of Forgery Devices with Intent to Use; a Class D Felony, and a Vehicle and Traffic Violation. 
Sanoh was arraigned before the Town of Florida Court and remanded to the Montgomery County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond.  A return court date of October 24, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. has been set in the Town of Glen.
