Buffalo man arrested for crimes against children

On November 2, 2022, the Bureau of Criminal Investigation out of SP Clarence arrested Jose R. DeJesus, 38 of Buffalo, NY for Promoting Sexual Performance by a Child, ‘D’ Felony and Possessing Sexual Performance by a Child, ‘E’ Felony.

The Bureau of Criminal Investigation with the assistance from the Troop A Computer Crimes Unit, conducted an Internet Crimes Against Children investigation in the city of Buffalo.  Investigation determined DeJesus possessed and shared child pornography.

DeJesus was transported to Buffalo Police Department Central Booking and will be arraigned in centralized arraignment on November 2, 2022.
