Clarence, NY – On May 25, 2021, at approximately 12:50 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-90 in the town of Clarence for a vehicle and traffic violation.  The driver of the vehicle, Alexander D. Von Wolfburgh, 47, of Buffalo, NY, was found to be intoxicated.  He was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP Buffalo where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.26%. 

Von Wolfburgh was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; an Unclassified Misdemeanor.  He was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Clarence Court on June 3, 2021 at 6:00 p.m.
