Buffalo man arrested for DWI with a B.A.C. over three times the legal limit.

PRESS RELEASE
 

Buffalo, NY – On April 30, 2022, at approximately 3:35 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on Clinton St. in the city of Buffalo for multiple vehicle and traffic violations.  The driver of the vehicle, Albert E. Barnes, 54, of Buffalo, NY, was found to be intoxicated.  He was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP Buffalo where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.26%. 

Barnes was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; an Unclassified Misdemeanor.  He was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable to the City of Buffalo Court on May 11, 2022, at 9:00 a.m.
