Buffalo man arrested for DWI with a B.A.C. over two times the legal limit.

PRESS RELEASE
 

Buffalo, NY – On September 10, 2022, at approximately 8:00 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on State Route 198 in the city of Buffalo for multiple vehicle and traffic violations.  The driver of the vehicle, Jeremy R. Martin, 36, of Buffalo, NY, was found to be intoxicated.  He was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP Buffalo where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.19%. 

Martin was subsequently charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; an Unclassified Misdemeanor and was released to a sober third party with an appearance ticket returnable to the City of Buffalo Court on September 20, 2022, at 9:00 a.m.
