Buffalo, NY – On July 18, 2020, at approximately 2:10 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-190 in the city of Buffalo for a vehicle and traffic violation.  The driver of the vehicle, Cari M. King, 39, of Buffalo, NY, was found to be intoxicated.  She was taken into custody, transported, and processed at SP Buffalo where her blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.23%. 


King was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; an Unclassified Misdemeanor.  She was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable to the City of Buffalo Court on August 11, 2020 at 9:30 a.m.
