Burglary arrest in Ghent

Ghent, New York – On November 29, 2022, the New York State Police from the Livingston barracks arrested Terry A. Mullen, age 68, of Lee Massachusetts, for Sexually Motivated Burglary in the 2^nd degree, a class C felony.

On November 23, 2022, the New York State Police began investigating the burglary of a residence in the town of Ghent.  Investigation determined Mullen entered the residence illegally for the purpose of his own sexual gratification.

Mullen was arraigned before the city of Hudson Court and released on his own recognizance.
