On November 1, 2019, State Police arrested Chad K. Parrish, 50, of Beekmantown, after he broke into a residence on State Route 9 in the town of Plattsburgh and menaced the victim with a knife at around 3:30 p.m. Parrish was charged with Burglary 1st degree, Menacing 2nd degree, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd degree.  He was arraigned in the Saranac Town Court and remanded to the Clinton County Jail. He is to reappear in the Plattsburgh Town Court on at a later date.
State Police were assisted by the Clinton County Sheriff’s Department.
