On July 19, 2020, State Police in Greenwich arrested 28-yer-old Jacob J. Dyke of Cambridge, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated- 2 Prior Convictions (D felony), Facilitating Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st degree (E felony), Use of Other Vehicle Without Interlock Device (A misdemeanor).

State Police stopped Dyke for a traffic violation Sunday evening, as he traveled on Eagleville Road in the town of Jackson. When the Trooper spoke with Dyke, they could smell the odor of alcohol. Dyke was administered the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests during which he showed signs indicative of intoxication. He was also found to be operating the vehicle with a revoked driver’s license.

Dyke was taken into custody and transported to SP Greenwich where he provided a breath sample of .21% B.A.C. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in Jackson Town Court on August 13, 2020 at 5:00 p.m.
