On September 15. 2020 at approximately 12:14 p.m. state police received a Greene County 911 call for a burglary in process at a residence on Grove Street in the town of Catskill. A homeowner reported seeing two individuals at his residence on his home surveillance camera. Troopers along with other agencies responded to the residence. The individuals left the area before state police and local law enforcement arrived. While searching the surrounding areas troopers located DONDI JOHNSON on Broom Street in the village of Catskill. Dondi Johnson, age 50 of the village of Catskill was arrested after being interviewed. He was charged with Burglary 2nd degree. He was arraigned in the Town of Catskill Court in front of Judge Paolino and remanded to Greene County Jail without bail due to having eight previous felony convictions.
