On April 4th, 2019, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Andrew Lowe, 30, of Cattaraugus, for Driving while Ability Impaired by Drugs and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

Lowe was pulled over on I-86 in Stow for speeding and placed under arrest after failing several SFSTs. During the traffic stop, Lowe was found to be in possession of a bottle containing a small amount of marijuana and a pipe containing marijuana residue. Lowe was transported to SP Jamestown where he was evaluated by a Chautauqua County Drug Recognition Expert who determined that Lowe was under the influence of marijuana and cocaine. Lowe was processed and a urine sample was obtained. After processing, Lowe was released with appearance tickets and traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear in the town of North Harmony Court later in the month.
