On September 23rd, 2019, Troopers out of SP Collins arrested Aaron Hart, 47, of Cattaraugus, for three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, two Counts of Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia 2nd Degree, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd Degree, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Possession of Controlled Substances by Ultimate Users Original Container.  

Hart was pulled over on Route 62 in Dayton for traffic violations and while speaking to Hart, the Troopers smelled marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle.  A search of Hart and his vehicle revealed the following items:  nine Oxycotin pills, a cut straw with heroin residue, a bottle containing liquid methadone, a bag of glassine envelopes, a jar and two bags of marijuana and a scale with marijuana residue.  Hart’s driver license was also suspended.  Hart was placed under arrest and transported to SP Collins where he was processed.  Hart was then issued apeparance tickets and traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear in the town of Dayton Court next month.
