On November 26th, 2019, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Andrew Holcomb, 26, of Celoron, for Menacing 2nd Degree, Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd Degree, Petit Larceny, Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree, two conuts of Criminal Mischief 4th Degree, two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment 2nd Degree. 

The Troopers responded to a residence in Kennedy for a report of a domestic disturbance.  Upon arrival, the Troopers observed the victim with a swollen eye.  Investigation revealed that Holcomb kicked the victim in the face, barricaded the victim in the residence and took her phone, preventing her from calling 911 for assistance.  Prior to police arrival, Holcomb fled the scene in a vehicle belonging to a third party, without the owner’s permission.  The entire incident occurred in the presence of two minor children.  Holcomb was arrested at his residence, processed at SP Jamestown and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail.
