On August 3, 2020, State Police in Greenwich arrested 53-year-old Timothy Lizotte of McDonough, NY, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a misdemeanor.

At approximately 12:10 p.m. on Monday, State Police were called to check on the welfare of a man who appeared passed out in his vehicle in a pull off area on County Route 31 in Hebron. When a Trooper arrived, he located Lizotte sitting in the driver’s seat of his running vehicle. The Trooper woke Lizotte and could smell the odor of alcohol while speaking with him. The Trooper also observed an open alcohol container in the center console. Lizotte was administered the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, which he failed, and was taken into custody.

Lizotte was transported to SP Greenwich where he provided a breath sample of .24% B.A.C. he was issued an appearance ticket for Hebron Town Court on August 17, 2020 at 1:00 p.m.
