On July 30, 2020, SP Clarence Troopers arrested Dwain R. Johnson, 40, of Clarence, NY for the felony of Driving While Intoxicated: Previous Conviction Within 10 Years, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st degree and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana in the 2nd degree.  

Johnson was operating a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder on Main Street in the town of Clarence, NY when he was stopped for speeding and driving erratically. Further investigation revealed Johnson had been operating a vehicle while intoxicated and driving with a suspended license.  Johnson was also found in possession of a small amount of marihuana. He failed standard field sobriety tests at the scene and was transported to SP Clarence for processing where he submitted to a chemical test indicating a 0.18% BAC.

Johnson was released with appearance tickets for the town of Clarence court for future arraignment.
